Jack Ernest Small age 67 passed away in his home on June 4, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones. Born on March 7, 1956 in Muncie, In. to Jack and Verta Small. He graduated from South Side High School in 1974. He went on to work at McDonalds on Madison and Wises Grocery Stores, Indiana Galvanizing plant on Walnut Street, Marhoefer Meat Packing Company and finally Delaware Machine and Tool where worked for 27 years.


Jack Enjoyed hunting and fishing, but more than anything he loved spending time with his family. He spent many of his vacation days traveling to West Virginia to visit with his family there. He loved his grandkids more than anything. They were the center of his world.


Jack is survived by his son, Jack Ernest Small II (Jesseca) and his daughter Lora Morgan (Joseph) and his Grandchildren: Cooper Morgan, Landan Small, Jaxan Small, Gatlan Small, and Hudson Morgan. His brother Nat Small (Amy) and niece Ashley Small.

Services will be held on Friday June 9, 2023 at Gardenview Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00P.M. with the service starting at 2:00PM. Burial will immediately follow over at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Kevin Young will be officiating.
