James R. Stephens' Obituary
James R. Stephens, Jr., 59, of Muncie, died Saturday morning, October 12th, 2013 at Liberty Village following an extended illness. He was born May 21st, 1954 in Jamestown, TN., and is the son of Anna I. Stephens (Reynolds) and the late James R. Stephens, Sr.
James honorably served his country in the United States Army National Guard. He enjoyed tinkering and working on engines. James did several handyman jobs, and loved to fish.
James is survived by his mother Anna I. Stephens of Muncie; two son''s, Mike and Toney; two sisters Loma Kay Dake (Keith) of Louisiana, and Betty Stephens of Muncie; a brother Jackie Randal Stephens (Carol) of Muncie; three nieces Melaine Richwine (Dennis) of Anderson, Deena Stephens of Muncie, and Kim Rankin (Michael) of Louisiana.
Funeral Services for James will be held privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Garden View Funeral Home.
