James E. Town, 68, passed away on Wednesday June 22, 2022 at I.U. Ball Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 27, 1954 in Muncie, Indiana. He was the son of the late Leon Victor and Isabelle Mae " Uhrick" Towne.

He was a Chefs Cook for Roberts Hotel for several years. He loved being with his family and enjoyed cooking!

He is survived by his wife Mary "Cox" Towne, son: Michael Depangher, daughters: Penney Barker and Marie Lamb. He has four (4) grandchildren and four (4) great grandchildren. sister Genney (Robert) Cox.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Burial will follow at a later date at the convivence of the family.
