Saint, Prayer-Warrior, servant of God, Jane Langdon went to be with Jesus on Thursday afternoon. Her crown in heaven will be so heavy she won't be able to hold up her head. Jane helped run the family business, Sun Oak Kites, and was the financial secretary of Revival for Our Day Ministries for many years. She was a long time member of Parker City Christ Fellowship.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, John Langdon; sister, Joan (Bower) White; son, Richard Langdon; daughter, Peggy Hutchinson and her husband Doug; granddaughter, Jen Roark and her husband Tyler; and great-grandchildren, Tiernan, Bella Jane, Gideon, and Langdon Roark.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, and several siblings.
The funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Parker City Christ Fellowship, 12201 W. CR 150 N., Parker City, with Reverend Emory Reece officiating.
Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 N. State Rd 3, Muncie, IN.
Family and friends may call at Parker City Christ Fellowship from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 18, 2009.
