Jeffrey "Jeff" Shane Phelps, age 61, passed away at his home in Muncie, Indiana on March 28, 2024.  Jeff was born on December 18, 1962 in Muncie, Indiana and was the son of Robert and Brenda Phelps.

Jeff graduated from Selma High School in 1982 and then attended Ball State University for two years.  Jeff was a roller coaster enthusiast and enjoyed going to different amusement parks.  He also enjoyed spending time at home with his black lab, Broly.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Brenda Phelps; cousin Doris Miller; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Robert Phelps and his grandparents, Dester and Lucille Jones.

A graveside service for Jeff will be held on Monday, April 29th, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Dr. Rusty Clements to officiate.  Monetary donations can be made to A.R.F (Animal Rescue Fund) 1209 W Riggin Rd, Muncie, IN 47303 or to Muncie OUTreach 310 E Charles St, Muncie, IN 47305.
