Jeriann Hook, 67, of Yorktown passed away in her home on June 12, 2021 after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer. She was born on March 19, 1954 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.

A 1972 graduate of Dunkirk High School and attendee of Ball State University, Jeriann enjoyed working in real estate. Upon retirement, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and traveling. She also enjoyed summers at her Tippecanoe Lake cottage.

Jeriann was preceded in death by her parents, Hughes Duncan and Joan (Cahill) Wallpe; brother, Robert Hughes Duncan; brother-in-law, Donald Johnson; and niece, Jill Johnson.

Jeriann is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Robert "Butch" Hook; sons, Robert Hook (Melissa) and Christopher Hook (Lindsey); sisters, Jill Grohovsky (John) and Juliann Johnson; grandchildren, Robby, Tyler, Ryan, Madelyn, Brock, and Trenton; nieces, Diane and Valerie; and nephew, Thomas.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 20, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM in Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 10:00 AM, also in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie.
