Jimmey R Gifford  died suddenly on October 8th, 2022 at the age of 58 in Muncie, IN. Jimmey had been battling cancer and recently finished chemo and radiation treatments. Jimmey was born December 14th 1963 in Muncie, Indiana. He worked as a welding technician at Mursix corp. for 12 years where he met his wife of 8 years, Teash Gifford.

He was a man of integrity and preferred a life of simplicity. He studied the ways of nature and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, building, restoring and raising animals on his small farm in Marion Indiana.

His family paid this tribute to him, "Jimmey was a man of few words. He carried an inner peace that many long for.  What he did say carried weight and could be counted on. The love that he shared with Teash is inspirational to us all as his heart was full of love for many.  He will be sorely missed."

He was preceded in death by his father, Ray E Gifford and his sister, Raychell Gifford.

He is survived by his wife, Teash Gifford; his mother, Evelyn Gifford; brothers Ray (wife Marilyn), and Johnny; sister, Debbie Gifford; sister and brother-in-law, Tommy and Michelle Bales; 3 children; Jeremiah (April) Gifford, James (Jessica) Gifford and Jerri (Bradly Pape) Gifford;  Step children, Alissa (Ricky) Elston and Dustin Cummins; 6 Grandchildren, Joshua, Valerie, Yvaine, Grace, Willow and Dominick.

Visitation will be at Garden View Funeral Home- 10501 N. St Rd. 3 Muncie, IN this Friday, October 14th, 2022 from 2:00pm-4:00pm
