Johnny D. Wallace, age 43, of Charlotte, NC, formerly of Muncie, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2012. He was born May 11, 1968 in Muncie to John Terry Wallace and Sandra (Lovett) Wallace Donovan. Johnny attended Muncie Northside High School. He loved to camp, ride dirt bikes, go four wheeling, and play cards. He was a flooring installer. John was very devoted to his family and friends.
Johnny married Theresa Fisher on May 10, 2008 in Sevierville, TN and she survives him along with his mother, Sandra; step mother, Janine Wallace; sons, Jonathon Wallace and Zachary Brubaker; daughters, Jasmine and Paige Wallace, and Lacey Williamson; brothers, Mark Wallace (companion Nicole Bryant) and Daryl Wallace, Jeff Turner (wife Jodi), Matt Glaze (wife Mariangella) and Jason Glaze; sisters Stacey Buck (husband Ezra), Terri Hunt (husband Tim), and Tawny Ciempola (husband Dave); grandchildren Sophia Williamson, Elijahh Deleon and Zach Brubaker; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, John Terry Wallace and step father, Michael Donovan. Johnny will be sorely missed by all he knew and loved.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, February 10, 2012 at 2:30 PM at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Rd. 3, Muncie, 47303 with visitation from 11:00 AM until service time. Pastor Kevin Holt will officiate. The family requests memorial contributions to Johnny''s children in care of Garden View Funeral Home.
