John V. Curtis, 61, of Muncie , IN died Tuesday October 14, 2008 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie , IN. He was born on July 5, 1947 the son of John E. and Garnet (Edwards) Curtis.
John enjoyed spending time with his family. He also enjoyed old school hot rods, going to car shows, camping, and riding motorcycles.
Surviving relatives include two sons and two daughters, Johnathan Curtis, John Watson both of Muncie, IN; Tammy Curtis of Louisiana; Johna Curtis (husband: Jamie) of Marion, IN; one brother, Michael Curtis of Muncie, IN; six grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces and nephews, Bronson Curtis (wife: Kori-Ann), Breque Curtis, Brogan Curtis, and Michaella Curtis.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday October 17, 2008 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Pastor Dennis Trimble will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie . Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
