John M. Frazier, 69, departed this life to enter his heavenly home with the Lord on Monday, January 18, 2010.
He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He was born to Henry and Arglaster Frazier, January 15, 1941, in Muncie, IN.
He accepted Christ into his life at an early age and redicated himself to the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
John was known throughout the community as Cigar.He walked and rode his bike daily. He loved to play golf.As a young man he boxed in the Golden Gloves. He worked for Muncie Gear before moving to Chicago where he spent much of his life.
John was very much loved and leaves to cherish his memories are his mother, Arglaster Frazier Parks; sisters, Luberta Frazier, Vera A.(Bunk Sr.) Bryant, Muncie, Hilda M. (Raymond) Glover, Anderson, Paulette A. Warren, and Pauline (Dorris) Shaw, Indianapolis;aunt, Hazel (Welch) Feemster; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other realtives and friends.
He, was preceded in death by his father, Henry Frazier; grandparents; brothers, James E., Harrry S., Howard, Charles, and Fred Frazier; sisters, Hattie, Louise, Jake, Alta, and Bertha Frazier; two niecesand a nephew.
Visitation will be from 11-12 p.m.Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Church Of The Living God, 1120 East Washington Street, Muncie. Homegoing services immediately following visitation.
Burial will be at Gardens of Memory, 10703 North State Road 3, Muncie, IN.
