John Henry Saunders Sr., age 77, from Muncie, IN, now joins his beloved wife, Wanda Kay Saunders in their heavenly home. John passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023, surrounded by his family at home.

John was born on January 1, 1946 and was a wrrestling fan that loved to fish as well as spend time watching westerns with his family.

He is survived by his four sons, John Saunders Jr, (wife Dawn), Tom Saunders (Kristy), Joseph Saunders (wife Sherry), and Jim Saunders (Dena). Daughter in law, Lawanna Saunders and grandchildren Sheena (Joe) Norris, Clarissa Miller, Michael Cox, Becky (Mike) Ferrell, Robert Writtenhouse, JC (Brittany) Saunders, Shannon Saunders, Harley Saunders, Tayler Saunders, Crystal Saunders (Matt), Jimmy Saunders Jr. (Priscilla), Brittany Saundrs and Braxton Saunders, as well as 29 great grandchildren.

John was preceded in death by his parents, wife, grandson Thomas Saunders Jr. and great grandson Michael Ferrell Jr.
