Judith Owens passed away Wednesday morning December 29, 2021 at Bethel Point Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Judith was born September 18, 1938 in Selma to the late Joseph and Lydia (Bird) Harris. Judith was married for 36 years to the late Larry Owens.

She retired after several years working in Elder-Beerman, she was also a member of Eaton Church of God and attended Gethsemane United Methodist Church.

She played the piano and organ for years at Union Grove Church of Brethren. She loved playing Euchre with friends at Muncie Delaware County Senior Center, and was a member of the Red Hat Society.

Judith is survived by special friend Charles (Bud) Scott; Daughter Beverly Mauck (Dennis Cunningham) of Muncie, Brenda Thornburg (Rick) of Chattanooga, TN, Deborah Norrick (Mike) of Anderson, Daughter-in-law Rhonda Heaton of Pendleton. Step-Children; Terry Owens (Cynthia) of Fort Wayne, Randy Owens (Anne Harris) of Anderson, Dawn Godsey (Wayne) of Cowan; Step-grandson Kevin Payne of Muncie. Grandkids; Melissa Butler (Brad) of Muncie, Jason Mauck (Kortnee) of Gaston, Erica Trimbur (Todd) of Chattanooga, TN, Drew Thornburg of Chattanooga, TN, Tiffany Norrick of Indianapolis, Tanner Norrick (Dailey) of Westfield, Wendy Heaton (Chris) of PA, Natalie Young (Seth) of Wichita, KS, Piper Heaton of Muncie. Great-Grandkids; Jacob Butler, Luke Butler, Liam Mauck, Case Mauck, Wyatt Thornburg, Huck Thornburg, Hudson Henry, Harper Henry. Judith is proceeded in death by husband Larry Owens, Son Lewis Heaton, Son-In-Law Bill Mauck, and Sister Phyllis Nelson.
