Obituary
Judith Ann Fields, age 59, passed away at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital on July 10th, 2023.
Judith was born on August 12th, 1963 in Indianapolis, Indiana to parents Elvis Jones and Wilma Jones.
Judith was an LPN and worked at nursing homes in the area and also worked at Ball Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Judith is survived by her son, Kasey Fields (wife Lacey); daughter, Katelyn Fields; brother, Joseph Pollard (wife Karen); sister, Sally McKnight; and two grandchildren.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents Elvis and Wilma Jones.
A memorial service will be held at Garden View Funeral Home on Thursday, July 20th, 2023 at 1:00 PM with a visitation to take place at 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Inurnment will take place at Gardens of Memory Cemetery after the service.
