Judith Arline Hunnicutt, at the age of 68 left this world peacefully in sleep on November 26th, 2012 in her home in Gaston, Indiana. She was born April 15, 1944 in Muncie, IN. and was the daughter of the late Irvin Orr and Thelma Ratliff.
She married her high school sweetheart Jerry Hunnicutt on August 24, 1963 at Eden Congregational Christian Church, a year after they graduated from Royerton High. She spent her days making quilts, scrap booking, doing crafts, square dancing, and playing with her grand children. She loved music and a good soap opera. One thing we will remember her by is the large family dinners she always had around the holidays.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years Jerry Hunnicutt; children Curt, Brad, and Stanley (wife Angela), and daughter in-law Deborah; grandchildren Christopher Hunnicutt, Kimberly Harris (husband Aaron), Samantha and Teresa Hunnicutt, Heather Harris (husband Dalton), Sierra, Ashley and Amber Hunnicutt; great- grandchildren Lilliana and Charlie Hunnicutt and Zera and Rosella Harris; siblings Sharon Parvis (husband Leroy) and Richard Orr.
Funeral Services for Judith will be held Saturday, December 1st, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Garden View Funeral Home, with Pastor Collins Glenn officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and Friends may call Friday, November 30th, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
