Kelly Jean Bland, 45, of Muncie, died Saturday, June 27th, 2015 in Brownsburg, IN. She was born December 10th, 1969 in Kokomo, IN, and is the daughter of David F. & Patricia L. (Frehse) Rossi.
Kelly was employed in the Delaware Community School Corporation as a Special Education Aid at the Eaton Elementary. She was a very loving mother to her daughter Logan Ashley Bland. Her daughter was her pride and joy. Kelly''s favorite pastime was spending time with her daughter and watching her play softball. She also loved spending time with her friends, family, and close friend Michelle Foster. Kelly also enjoyed many vacations spent with Tim and Logan.
Kelly is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Timothy Mark Bland of Muncie; her daughter Logan Ashley Bland of Muncie; her loving parents David F. & Patricia L. (Frehse) Rossi of Muncie; two brothers Chris Rossi (Julie) of Kokomo and Dean Rossi (Sheri) of Mooresville, NC; special nurse Kristi Orbaugh; several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Edward & Anna Rossi and Howard & Lorraine Frehsa.
Funeral Services for Kelly will be held Thursday, July 2nd, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Center Chapel United Methodist Church, 900 West Royerton, Muncie, with Pastor Rusty Clements officiating. Family and friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North STRD 3, Muncie and one hour prior to the service from 1- 2 p.m. on Thursday at the church. Memorial Contributions may be made in care of Logan Ashley Bland''s College Fund, with envelopes provided at the funeral home and church or at Mutual Federal Savings Bank, 1912 West McGalliard Drive, Muncie, IN 47304.
