Kevin Pensinger, age 62 a beloved husband, brother, uncle, papa, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2024, in Muncie, Indiana. Born on September 8, 1961, in Portland, Indiana, Kevin was the son of Lawrence and Janet (Arnett) Pensinger.
Kevin was known for his love of coin collecting, fishing, and camping. He found great joy in the comfort of his home, especially while sitting on his porch. Kevin's beloved dog Chloe was a constant source of companionship and happiness in his life. Kevin devoted over 27 years to DMI as a warehouse manager, 2 years at Indiana Glass, and most recently, 8 years at Pallet Builders.
Kevin is survived by his beloved wife, Dana (Gruwell) Pensinger of 42 years; sister, Kay Robinson (husband, Lawrence); grandchildren, Bentley and Madisyn Reinhardt; close friends, Robert Threet and Penny Hemme; several nieces and nephews; his dog, Chloe; in-laws, Larry, Tammy (Steve), Connie, Allen (Mamo), and several nieces and nephews.
Kevin is preceded in passing by his father, Lawrence Pensinger; brothers, Larry and Dennis Pensinger; niece, Rachel;  and brother-in-law, Monte Vannatter.
Family and friends may call at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N St. Rd. 3, Muncie IN 47303, on Thursday, September 12th, 2024 from 11:30 - 1:30 PM. The Funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM with Pastor Steve Arnold officiating at Garden View Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
