Laura Mae Grandma'' Taylor, 95, completed her circle of life on Monday, March 22, 2010. She was born on February 4, 1915 in Blountsbill, AK.
Laura was self employed in the house cleaning industry for many years. Additionally, she was a feisty firecracker and she enjoyed bowling as well as gambling. She attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Muncie for 10+ years. Laura knew no one as a stranger and everyone called her Grandma.''
Surviving relatives include her loving grandchildren: Dennis Funches (wife, Carolyn); Anna Fisher; and Joseph Anderson, all of Muncie. Good friends would include Katherine Ross and Addie Powers.
Laura was preceded in death by her parents; son Joe Taylor; daughter Emma Funches; 3 brothers; a sister; and grandson Jerome Funches.
Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Rd. 3, Muncie, has been entrusted with arrangements. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
