Leslie Leicht, 92, of Muncie, Indiana passed away peacefully on November 25, 2024. Born on January 27, 1932, in Muncie, Indiana, he was the son of Leslie and Marie Leicht.
Leslie shared 71 wonderful years with the love of his life, Edrieanne. A devoted member of Eden United Church of Christ, he enjoyed bowling in leagues through Warner Gear, where he worked for 35 years, and through his church. He was also part of the Men's Golfing Association, a member of the Moose Club, and a passionate square dancer for over 50 years.
An Army veteran who served during the Korean War, Leslie loved woodworking, gardening, and fishing. His life was a testament to hard work, faith, and a love for family and community.
Leslie is survived by Edrieanne Leicht (Morman) ; children Steve Leicht (wife, Debbie) and Lorrie Flores (husband, Al); 6 granddaughters; multiple great and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Leslie is preceded in passing by his parents, Leslie and Marie (Mooreman) Leicht; daughter, Debbie Boling; and 9 siblings.
Family and friends may call at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N St. Rd. 3, Muncie IN 47303, on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024 from 11:00 - 1:00 PM. The Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at Garden View Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
