Lillian Lusk, 81, of Monroe, OH died Thursday July 12, 2007 at Middletown Region Hospital in Middletown, OH. She was born on February 5, 1926 in Princeton, West Virginia the daughter of Walter and Mary (Hill) Day. She was married to Edward G. Lusk for 56 year who preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Mount Olive United Methodist Church in Rock, West Virginia. She was active in the FFA Alumni and Delta High School Band Boosters. She enjoyed mission trips to Mexico with the Lions Club Vision Program.
Surviving relatives include one son, Jim Lusk of Monroe, OH; one daughter, Dana Purcell (husband: Jeff) of Melrose, Massachusetts; three sisters, Maxine, Delma, and Linda; six grandchildren, Diana, Jeff, Jennifer, Margaret, Eric, Brent; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother, Vaughn Day and one granddaughter, Sheila.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday July 17, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Pastor Lamar Farrell will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie, IN. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
