Louella M. Hyneman, 89, of Muncie, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2015 at the Waters of Yorktown Nursing Home.

Louella was born May 31, 1925 in Princeton, Indiana to the late Paul and Hazel Schmidt. She graduated from Princeton High School and went on to marry John Hyneman on September 8, 1945. Louella retired from General Motors- Delco Remy in 1988 after 35 years of service.

Louella leaves behind her son, Stephen Hyneman (wife Cindy); grandson, Kyle Hyneman (wife Kasey); three great-grandsons, Karter, Kolton, and Kooper Hyneman; and two step-grandchildren, Jason Brooks and Carly Temple.

Louella was preceded in death by her husband, John; daughter, Jody Hyneman; and granddaughter, Carly Hyneman.

A funeral service to celebrate Louella''s life will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Road 3 in Muncie. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Friends and family may gather to share and remember from 12:00 noon until 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Garden View Funeral Home.
