Mabel Marileen Haller, 85, of Muncie, died Sunday, January 18, 2009 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. She was born on July 21, 1923 in Muncie, IN the daughter of Roy A. and Nettie F. (Weekley) Jarnagin. She graduated from Royerton High School. On September 28, 1946 she married Joseph B. Haller.
She enjoyed spending time with her family. She attended the First Free Will Baptist Church in Muncie. She worked for Ross Supermarket for several years.
Surviving relatives include two sons and one daughter, Dennis Haller of Muncie, IN; Darrel Haller of Durham, NC; Connie Bilbrey (husband: Everett) of Muncie, IN; three grandchildren, Samuel J. Haller, Kimberly Hardy, Kristal Crone; three great-grandchildren, Ariel, Alexis, and Danielle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one son Gary D. Haller, and two brothers Harold and Donald Jarnagin.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday January 21, 2009 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mabel Haller.
