Mack M. Cooper, 75, formerly of Muncie, IN died Sunday July 8, 2007 at 9:50 a.m. at his residence in Kingman, AZ. He was born on August 25, 1931 in Jamestown, TN the son of Jasper and Effie (Wright) Cooper. He was previously married to Wanda (Kennedy) Franklin who survives.
He worked at Brodericks in Muncie for 20 years until they closed. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. He also enjoyed working at flea markets, working on lawn mowers, and fishing.
Surviving relatives include, one son, Tony Cooper (wife: Tammy) of Monroe, TN; two daughters, Angela Robinson (husband: Christopher) of Kingman, AZ and Patricia Cooper; one sister, Pauline Hayes (husband: Marion) of Jamestown, TN; two grandchildren, Kristen and Kyle Cooper. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and cousins and a special friend, Suzy Mott.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Preston and Raymond Cooper; three sisters, Leva Choate, Mable, and Cambria.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday July 13, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Pastor Coleman Barlow will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be on Friday from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Garden View Funeral Home.
