Margaret Elizabeth Hibbard, 93, of Yorktown, died early Sunday morning, April 29, 2018 at Randolph Nursing Home. She was born January 30, 1925 in Indianapolis and was the daughter of Harry & Ruth (McCoy) Thompson.

Margaret was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She always had a smile on her face. Margaret loved "Lighthouses" and being with her family. She retired from K-Mart Department Stores. Margaret was a member of Town Acres Church of Christ.

Margaret is survived by her two daughters Karen K. Coleman (Steve) of Yorktown and Cheri R. Pichon (Tom) of Chalmette, LA; five grandchildren Lana Heavenridge, Cristy Smith (Bill), Suzann Coleman (Jeff Monks), Jeane' Schlesinger (Steve) and Gregory Pichon; six great-grandchildren Travis Heavenridge, Ethan Smith, Tyler Schlesinger, Nathan Schlesinger, Megan Schlesinger and Hunter Pichon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Hibbard; a daughter Bonnie Hibbard; three brothers Robert, Richard, Harry Jr. 'Bud" Thompson; a sister Mary Alice Ruede.
