Marjorie Elaine Gadbury (Cain) passed away peacefully in her home early Friday morning.

Marjorie loved swimming , traveling, and spending time with her family. Her love for her family was unconditional and unwavering.

She had a love for God and thanked Him every morning and every night for the many blessings in her life.

One of her greatest joys was giving, she spent all year shopping, organizing and wrapping birthday and Christmas presents. She even gave her kids an Easter basket and Christmas stocking every year. Marjorie was full of life, love and strength, she will be remembered and missed everyday.

She is preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of 57 years, Gene Gadbury, her father, James Cain, her mother, Agnus Pursley, brother, Jimmy Cain, sister, Joretta May, and her sister Patty Cain.

Marjorie is survived by her Eight children, Douglas E. Gadbury, Evansville, In. Teresa A. Whiteside, Hartford City, In. Brenda E Stevens, Hartford City, In. Steven E. Gadbury, Eaton, In. Stephanie Oldham (Dick) Ohio. Greg Gadbury (Jane) Yorktown, In. Jennifer Cox (Dennis) Eaton, In. David E. Gadbury (Christie) Muncie, In. 16 grandchildren. 31 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren

Services will be on Thursday July 7, 2022 at Garden View Funeral Home located at 10501 N SR 3, Muncie, In. Viewing will be from 11:00 A.M- 1:00P.M. with Service at 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Elizabethtown Cemetery.
