Marla Sue Tolbert, age 72, of Muncie passed away on Saturday October 19, 2013 at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie. Born on September 19, 1941, in Muncie, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Ruth (Wampler ) Bell.
Marla was a lifelong resident of Muncie graduated from Mount Summit High School with the class of 1960. She was a homemaker and was also a member of Hartford City Amvets Post #23 Auxillary.
Survivors include loving husband Charles Tolbert of Muncie and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Marla was preceded in death by her son Chris Tolbert and daughter Lynette Tolbert.
Friends may call on Tuesday October 22, 2013, from 4-8 p.m. at the Garden View Funeral Home 10501 N. Indiana 3, Muncie.
Funeral services for Marla will be held on Wednesday October 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with burial following in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
