Mary M. Holsinger, 77, died May 13, 2007 at her home with her husband by her side.
She was born October 7, 1929 in Bethel, Indiana the daughter of the late James and Lona (Vannatter) Hatton. She lived all her life in Delaware County. She graduated from Harrison Township School, class of 1947. She attended Prairie Grove Church of Gaston.
She was a homemaker, loved sewing, cooking and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Ralph Holsinger of Muncie; two sons, Thomas Holsinger (wife - Debbie) of Gaston, IN, Tim Holsinger (wife - Beth) of Gaston, IN; two daughters, Donna Lesley (husband - David) of Denver, CO, Marla Austin (husband - Kevin) of Anderson, IN; grandchildren, James Lesley, Angela & Jennifer Holsinger, Evan & Neil Austin, Paige & Brandon Holsinger; two brothers, Donald Hatton, Marshall Hatton (wife - Linda); one sister, Mae Mottweiler (husband - Bruce), and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Edwin Hatton & Lowell Hatton, and one sister, Margaret Hatton.
Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 17, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie, IN with Pastor Howard Fights officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
