Clingman, Kathryn "Katie" Van Hooser, 89, died April 05, 2017, at Signature Healthcare, Muncie, IN. She retired from Indiana Michigan Power. She had also worked for Muncie Gear and Borg Warner. She is survived by a daughter, Marilyn Van Hooser, and a son, Ted (Lizabeth) Van Hooser, as well as her beloved grandchild, Katie.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jim Van Hooser, and her second, Marvin Clingman. While in Muncie, Katie was a member of Fairlawn Church of Christ and then Westside Church of Christ.
