MB Daniel, 79, of Muncie, In died Tuesday December 4, 2007 at Albany Health Care, after an extended illness. He was born on June 16, 1928 in Livingston, Tn the son of William Herbert and Helen (Clark) Daniel. He married Betty L. Reason on May 8, 1948 and she preceded him in death in April of 2007.
MB retired from Durham Manufacturing Company in 1974.
Surviving relatives include his son, Charley Daniel (wife Judy) of Ridgeville, In, a daughter, Mary Daniel Swartz (husband Danny) of Hartford City, In, grandchildren, Brian Swartz (wife Kim) of Hartford City, In, Julie Mathews (husband Rob) of Muncie, In, Chuck Daniel ( fiance Susan) of Farmland, In and great grandchildren Brandon, Britteny and Brady Swartz, Briana Hughes, Nate Mathews, Jessica Smith and CJ Daniel.
He was preceded in death by wife Betty Daniel, parents William and Helen Daniel, brothers, Floyd, Alfred, Lewis A., Wesley R.D. and Earlen, sisters, Audey Mae Daniel Logan, Esther Daniel, Florence Daniel Conner and Dorothy Lee Daniel Maynard
Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday December 7, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie In. Pastor Dennis Trimble will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be from 1;00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday December 7, 2007. In Lieu of flowers, memorials contributions can be made to the Alzheimers Assosication. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
