.Mildred Mendenhall, 92 of Muncie, IN passed away Friday, March 7, 2008 in Muncie, IN. She was born September 5, 1915 in Elliott Co. Ky the daughter of William (Bill) Prince, and Florence (Harvey) Prince. On March 3, 1940, she married Charles E. Mendenhall, and he proceeds her in death.
Mildred was a member of the IndustryUnited Methodist Church on Mock Ave. she loved bowling, reading, crocheting and loved most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving relatives include her son; Wayne Mendenhall of Fla. Two daughters; Judy Elliott (husband Gary) of Columbus OH. Sandra Wells of Muncie, IN. Three sisters; Anna (husband Rick) Morgan of Fla. Wanda Bryne (husband Joe) of Fla, and Mary Prince of Az. Four grandchildren; Michelle Elliott, Shantelle Coffman( husband Thad), Wayne (wife Shelia) Wells and Gary (wife Debbie) Wells. Great Grandchildren; Corbin, Carter, Cayden, Amber, Nicole, Jarod, Austin, Matthew, Hunter and Asia, one necie Bonnie Winter.
Proceeded in death, by parents; William and Florence Prince.
Services will be at 7:00 p.m.Wednesday March 12, 2008 at the Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie Indiana, 47303. There will be a private burial on Thursday March 13, 2008 at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie.
