Mildred (Midge) J. Youngberg, 76, of Muncie, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Renaissance Rehabilitation Center of Muncie, while recovering from a stroke.
She was born July 5, 1933 in Parker to Lester and Lola (Clevenger) Diefenbaugh. Midge graduated from Parker High School. She was a member of Parker City Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include three sons, Carl G. Youngberg (wife-Daphine) of New Castle, Harold D. and David A. Youngberg both of Muncie; sister, Nonda Buis, of Muncie; three granddaughters, Stephanie Davis, Breanna Youngberg, and Jamie Youngberg; three great-grandchildren, Sierra, Jordan and Emma Davis.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl E. Youngberg; two sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 2, 2009, 1:00 p.m. at Parson Mortuary, with Pastor Milton Wilson officiating.
Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 N. State Rd. 3, Muncie, IN.
Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Monday at the mortuary.
