Myrtle I. Schultz, 79, of Muncie, IN died Wednesday November 14, 2007 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She was born on March 5, 1928 in Isaban, West Virginia the daughter of Shird and Sissy Marie (Collins) Sloan. On April 11, 1953 she married Johnny Schultz who survives.
She was a wonderful lady who enjoyed being around others and talking with them. She was an exceptionally good wife.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three brothers, Wendel Collins of Florida; Luther Collins (wife: Julia) of West Virginia; Arnold Collins (wife: Bernice) of West Virginia; two sisters, Lucille Cannon (husband: John) of Virginia; Shirley Smith (husband: Ishmael) of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and two sisters.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday November 17, 2007 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie. Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
