Nancy L. Oliver of Muncie, Indiana passed away due to health issues at the age of 80 at Signature HealthCARE in Muncie the afternoon of Friday, October 15, 2021. Nancy was born in the city of Jackson in Breathitt County, Kentucky to the late Jesse and Martha (Jones) Combs.

Nancy was raised in Knott County, Kentucky by her grandmother, Nancy Hogston, where she attended school and where she met and married her husband, Darrell on October 1, 1959. They moved to Muncie in the summer of 1966, where they raised their family and journeyed through life together until his passing in 1993. Nancy was a homemaker all her life. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Nancy is survived by her son, Rick Oliver of Muncie; one daughter, Darlene Blevins (Steve) of Muncie; four grandkids, Kyle Crabtree of Oakville, Indiana, Maren Crabtree of Columbus, Indiana, and Dustin and Shane Oliver, both of Muncie; eleven great grandchildren; one brother, Erenest Stacy of Marion, Indiana; and several other friends and family members.

Nancy was preceded in death by her grandmother, Nancy Hogston; her parents, Jesse and Martha (Jones) Combs; and her husband of 34 years, Darrell Oliver.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 1:30 PM in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 North State Road 3, Muncie. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Garden View Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.gardenviewandgardensofmemory.com .
