Nora Bussell of Muncie, Indiana passed away at the age of 90 at Signature HealthCARE of Muncie on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. She was born in New Castle, Indiana on May 3, 1931 to the late William McKinley and Mollie (Messer) Moore.

Nora married Vaughn Bussell, and together they journeyed through life until his passing. Nora was an avid cook and loved flowers and hummingbirds. She loved her family and will forever be remembered as a loving mother, wife, grandmother, and sister. She was an avid Bible reader and loved the Lord. She enjoyed word puzzles and game nights.

Nora is survived by her son, Terry Bussell (Zula) of Summitville, Indiana; two daughters, Rebeca (Becky) J. Allen (Jim) of Yorktown, Indiana and Sherry McCammon (J.R.) of Muncie, Indiana; four grandchildren, Kristen Shields, Angela Taylor, Chad Terrell, and Mandy Suhan; ten great grandchildren, Aaron, Tyler, Paige, Logan, Christopher, Bailey, Colton, Hayden, Collin, and Grace; and two great-great grandchildren, Daxton and Oakley.

Nora was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and sixteen brothers and sisters, Gladis, Opal, Thelma, Junior, Geneva, John, Alora Jean, Mary, Joseph, Walter, Kenneth, Shirley Ann, Larry, Sue, Jackie, and Jean.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021from 12:00 to 2:00 PM in Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie with funeral services immediately following at 2:00 PM, also in the Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Larry Sheets. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
