Odis Hill, 49, died unexpectedly early Sunday morning, June 15, 2008 at his home with his family by his side.
He was born January 4, 1959 in Muncie, the son of William B. and Thelma (Nelson) Hill.
He was very much a family man and enjoyed cooking and entertaining for them. He loved to fish and play with his grandchildren. Odis served honorably in the United States Army in the late 1970's.
Odis is survived by his wife, Lisa (Norman) Hill; daughters, Caila Lin and Lea Danielle Hill and Ashley Miller; sons, Jonathan and Anthony Treadway; grandchildren, Keigun Aaron and Breyana Treadway and Lainee Williams; parents, William B. and Thelma Hill; a sister, Brenda Powers, (husband-Jerry); two brothers, Donald Hill and Jeff Hill, (wife-Tina); a niece, Cyndi Powers; a nephew, Bryan Powers.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and many aunts and uncles.
Services will be held 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel, with Pastor Larry Waters officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery
