Patricia Ann Bell passed away at the age of 90 on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. She was born on December 3, 1930 in Richmond, Indiana to the late Orlando Ropp and Kathryn Constable.

Patricia graduated from high school, married William H. Bell on January 25, 1958, and worked as a cook in the Yorktown School System for fifteen years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She attended the First Pentecostal Church of Anderson, Indiana where she participated in various church activities. She loved to play Aggravation and Euchre.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Darla Tweedy and Robin Gardner (Jack), both of Selma, Indiana; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Orlando and Kathryn (Constable) Ropp; husband, William H. Bell; daughter, Cheryl Lande; brothers, Kitchel Ropp and Donald Ropp; and sister, Betty Ropp.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm in Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie with funeral services immediately following at 2:00 pm, also in the Funeral Home, officiated by Luke St.Clair.
