Patricia B. Clark, 88, of Gaston, IN, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Morrison Woods Health Campus in Muncie IN. Pat was born on August 6, 1933, in New Castle, IN, to the late John W. Whittington and Phoebe (Davis) Lee. On November 22, 1953, in Parker City, IN she married Walter Raymond Clark. Together Walter and Pat raised 6 children. In 1987 she retired from Muncie Community School Corp, where she was the Library Assistant.
Patricia was a member of the Morningside United Methodist Church, she enjoyed crocheting afghans for her family, reading, and traveling. She spent her winters in Leesburg, FL. Pat took great pleasure in going to Lake Witmer in Wolcottville, IN. She also enjoyed her family, especially her great-grandkids.
Patricia is survived by her daughters: Debra Clark, of Muncie, IN; Brenda (Tim) Ritchie, of Gaston, IN; Linda (Steve) Mason, of Lawrenceville, GA; Joy (Daniel) Myers, of Brooklyn, MI; Amy (Ron) Weimer, of Farmland, IN; and one sister-in-law Jo Ellen Burris, 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, one nephew and several nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, son Walter Ronald, brother Omer Whittington, her parents and stepfather Willard Lee.
Services will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie, In. 47303. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 11:00 a.m.- 1 :00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Gardens Of Memory cemetery, following services.
