Patricia Maurer Raker, 76, of Muncie, IN died August 22, 2007 at Muncie Health and Rehabilitation Center in Muncie. She was born on November 6, 1930 in Indianapolis, IN the daughter of Russell L. and Irene (Chandler) Maurer. She was previously married to Paul F. Lehnert, James E. Cline, and Robert Raker who all preceded her in death.
She worked in Telecommunications as a Telephone Operator most of her life. She was a Charter member of Heart of Indiana and a member of the Sweet Adalines. She enjoyed reading and listening to music. She loved being around animals, especially dogs.
Surviving relatives include two daughters, Peggy A. Lewman (husband: Mike) of Muncie; Penny K. Prow (husband: Fred) of Albany, IN; one step-son: Richard Cline of Arizona; two step-daughters, Catherine Hall (husband: Faron) of Arizona; P.J. Higby (husband: Howard) of South Bend, IN; five grandchildren, John Rothert (wife: Jennifer) of Anderson, IN; Tricia Hallow (husband: Todd) of Greenville, NC; Kelly Kring (husband: Neil) of Muncie, IN; Andrew Lewman (wife: Amy) of Eaton, IN; Paul Lewman of Indiana; six step-grandchildren, Joshua Cline of Greenfield, IN; Matthew Cline of Greenfield, IN; Timothy Cline of Seattle, WA; Doug Hall (wife: Millicent) of Maryland; Chrystal Freeland (husband: Shawn) of Arizona; John Bush of Nevada; 15 great-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchidlren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three husbands, one daughter, Paulette Lehnert Geerts, and one step-son, James Robert Cline.
