Patsy Jean Riggleman, 66, of Winchester, went to be with the Lord, Friday morning, August 31st, 2012 at Reid Memorial Hospital & Health Care Services, following complications from a recent surgery. She was born in Decatur, Indiana. Patsy was born January 8th, 1946 to her parents Ella and Henry Cross. She resided in Winchester most of her life. Patsy worked at Val''s, Hickory Farms, and had her own Pampered Chef business for five years. She was know for her generous heart, and had a fun loving spirit. She was a devoted wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was a member at The JAR Community Church in Muncie. Patsy leaves to cherish, her husband James C. Riggleman, they were married for 43 years. Her loving daughter, Kelli (Bolding) Hilfiker (Scott) of Portland; her daughter-in-law Sherry Bolding; her grandchildren, Kailyn Burelison, Brooks Burelison, Lindsey Bolding, Courtney Rig leman, and James Riggleman; her step-son, Scott Riggleman; her sisters, Shirley Needham (Jay) of Daleville, Mary Jo Brown (Larry) of Muncie, Linda Stahl (Duane) of Muncie; her brother Henry Eugene Cross of Muncie; several nieces and nephews also survive. She is preceded in death by her son James Dean Bolding Jr., Her mother Ella Cross, father Henry Cross, and a brother David Cross. Friends and Family may gather to share and celebrate Patsy life on Wednesday at Garden View Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Chris Bunch will officiate the service on Thursday. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery in the Garden of Love.
