Patty Jo Neal, 86, of Chesterfield, MI, passed away on March 4, 2026, at McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mt. Clemens, MI.  She was born in Muncie, Indiana, on December 16,1939, to Vent W. and Dorothy (Stevenson) Farmer.  She married Ray M. Neal in 1966, and he preceded her in death.

She enjoyed sitting in the sun, baking pies and holiday candy, her cats, and spending time with loved ones.

She is survived by her grandchildren Jordan & Rachel Lindsay, and her daughter Michele Lawrence.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Martin Neal and her sisters, Betty Hart and Carol Behm.

The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Rd 3, Muncie, IN 47303.

A service to celebrate Patty's life will begin at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Mercuri Rose officiating.
