Phyllis Jean Keeler, 83, of Muncie passed away Wednesday February 13, 2013 at Golden Living Center, Muncie. She was born April 1, 1929 to John and Ida (Hiatt) Bailey in Lebanon, later growing up in Albany.
Phyllis was a homemaker for most of her life. Survivors include children Kathryn (William) Bice of Portland, Phillip (Dixie) Keeler, and Sandra (Cliff) Campbell, both of Muncie; 12 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth King Keeler; siblings Purvis Bailey, Lois Morgan, and Mary Kiester; both parents, and grandsons Kevin and Tyler.
A Private Service will be held for Phyllis.
