Quentin Gene Mong, aged 93, of Muncie, Indiana passed away Sunday, September 29, 2024 at 4:20 PM at his home. From this day forward, he will dwell in the house of our Lord and savior for all eternity.
He was born February 21, 1931 in Stoystown, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late Ellwood and Glady (Johnson) Mong. He retired from Borg Warner after 30 years. He also served in the Army in the Korean War.
Quentin is survived by his beloved daughter, Erin Jones (Mong), of Muncie, Indiana; his son-in-law, Jessie Jones, of Muncie, Indiana; loving granddaughter, Heather Wall of Helena, Montana; his great- grandson, baby Kenneth Wall-Woodrow, of Helena, Montana; his niece, Stacey MacBride (Mong), of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; niece, Paige Porter (Mong), of Meadville, Pennsylvania; and his niece, Sherry Read (Lenhart), of Muncie, Indiana.
Quentin is preceded in passing by his parents; he greeted his beloved wife, Agatha Jean Mong (LenHart) with open arms to the light of heaven; and his younger brother, Vernon Mong.

There will be a graveside service with military honors at Gardens of Memory Cemetery - Muncie, 10703 N St Rd 3, Muncie IN 47303 on Friday, October 4th, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
