Ralph "Pappy" L. Felton, 90 of Muncie, died Sunday morning, July 9, 2017 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. He was born August 11, 1926 in Muncie and was the son of the late John & Marie (Reddy) Felton.
Ralph worked for Marhoefer''s Packing for 28 years. He also was the maintenance man for the Delaware County Children''s Home for over 19 years. He then retired from the Delaware County Highway Department. He enjoyed baseball, NASCAR races, bowling and playing Euchre. Ralph was well known for selling Lemon Shake Ups at area fairs for 48 years.
Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Dora Mae (Grace) Felton of Muncie; a son Bennie Felton (Yvonne Overbay) of Muncie, a step granddaughter Melissa Overbay and one great-grandchild.
In addition to his parents Ralph is preceded in death by two brothers; Dick Felton and John Felton.
Funeral Services for Ralph will be held Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Garden View Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at the funeral home.
