Ralph Junior Moistner, 81, passed away Monday, February 21, 2011 in Fort Myers, FL. He was born on January 17, 1930 in Muncie to the late Ralph and Lois (Thompson) Moistner. Ralph served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Ralph was employed as a tool grinder for GM. Ralph loved to bowl at Muncie Lanes. He was a member of the Eagles Aerie, Fraternal Order of Moose, VFW, and American Legion.
Ralph leaves to cherish his loving memory, his loving wife Elizabeth Ann Moistner; 2 children: Randy Moistner (wife, Tammy) and Gator Moistner (wife, Madonna); step children: Anthony Beebe; Rick Ward; Darlenia Thomas (husband, Bruce); Julia Flowers (husband, Larry); and Karen Watson; sister Lovadawn Clift (husband, Ted); 12 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents and one grandchild, Christopher Ward.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 25, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N. State Rd. 3, Muncie. The funeral service will be on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery with funeral honors provided by the Veteran''s of Delaware County.
