Randolph "Randy" B. Williams, Jr.,77, of Monticello, passed away at 12:12 pm, on February 24, 2026, at IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.  He was born in Muncie, Indiana, on November 2,1948, to Randolph Sr. and Roselee (Delaney) Williams.  He wed Joyce A. Schnell on, August 25,1973, and she survives.

He graduated from Royerton High School and soon after joined the United States National Guard.  He received his Bachelor of Science from Ball State University and then completed an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University.  He worked with Danner Inc. as an assistant manager and manager.  In 1981, he became an ordained minister serving until his retirement in 2006.

In his early years, he played in a band as a guitarist.  He enjoyed repairing sewing machines for missions, shooting his guns, and camping.  He was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and followed fantasy football.  Family and friends will remember him as a very caring and loving man.

He is survived by his life long love, Joyce Williams; three children, Andrew Williams, Myra (Darren) Starr, and Anna (Ellis) Mann; sisters, Charlotte Middleton and Sharen (Jerry) Thomas; six grandchildren, Cody, Micah, Taylor, Cheyenne, Chantel, and Kelton; eight great-grandchildren, Izzy, Maverick, Jeffrey, Athena, Bellamy, Tilly, Lakelynn, and Trae.

He was preceded in death by his parents

There will be a graveside service at 1:00 pm, on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 N State Rd 3, Muncie, IN 47303, with Pastor Jerry Thomas officiating.
