Robert "Bob" Glenn Ruble, 88, of Muncie, died early Saturday morning, March 24, 2018 at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville. He was born February 11, 1930 in Selma, IN and was the son of the late Glenn & Ruth (Scovill) Ruble.

Bob was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. He retired from Ball State University Maintenance Department. He was an avid supporter of Delta High School sports and loved to spend time with his family and friends. Bob loved doing self-improvements to his home.

Bob is survived by daughters Sherry Butler (Dan) of Noblesville, Debbie Janeway (Phil) of Indianapolis; sons  Brent Ruble (Veronica) of Greenwood, Chris Ruble (Julie) of Atlanta, GA, Craig Ruble (Brenda) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Bryce Ruble (Jennifer)  of Indianapolis; his grandchildren Mitch Butler, Trina Guilfoyle (Mike), Lynnette Delcourt (Bill), Jennifer Johnson (Wes), Taylor Ruble (Alexa) , Bethany Drew (Dylan) , Dylan Ruble , Danielle Ruble , Zachary Ruble , Mackenzie Ruble, and Bailey Ruble; and a granddaughter in-law Brianne Butler. Twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Janice E. Ruble in 2011, a grandson Matt Butler; his brother Charlie Ruble and a sister Mary Jeanne Goins.
