Ronald Lee Plummer, 81, of Muncie, died Thursday morning, December 27, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born November 10, 1937 in Muncie and was the son of the late James E. & Margaret E. (Hiatt) Plummer.

Ronald retired from Marsh Supermarket Warehouse in 2000 after 45 years of dedicated service. He proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1956-1958. Ronald enjoyed fishing; bowling, going to the casino and racetrack and watching his grandchildren play sports. He was a member of the VFW Post 651 and the American Legion Post 19.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Melanie Anne (Griffis) Plummer of Muncie; a son Timothy Plummer (Becky) of Muncie and a daughter Cindy Daffinee of Westfield; two grandchildren Camden and Kenzie Daffinee both of Westfield.
