Mr. Russell L. Enyeart, 85, Muncie passed away Monday March 10, 2008 in Ball Memorial Hospital. A native of Marion, he was the son of Maxwell Enyeart and Zella "Russell" Enyeart. Russell attended Marion schools and was employed with Delco Battery for 43 years as a Battery Inspector. He retired in 1982. Russell was the oldest attending member of Memorial Drive Wesleyan Church. He enjoyed camping, crafts and golf and sang with the Delco Battery Chorus. Russell was a member of the Delco, Battery Sympathy Club.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Ina F. "Blaich" Enyeart, Muncie; two daughters, Linda Bracken (husband Norman), Anderson and Denise Enyeart, Muncie; one son, Thomas Enyeart, Muncie; one brother, Robert Enyeart (wife Barbara), Angola; two grandchildren, Dana Lynn Bracken and Aaron Bracken and several nieces and nephews. Russell was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Maxine Friar. Funeral services for Mr. Enyeart will be held 10:00 AM Thursday March 13, 2008 in Parson Mortuary with Reverend Johnny Blair officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Wednesday and prior to services Thursday.
