Ruth M. Richmond of Muncie, Indiana passed away at the age of 94 at the Lynd Place in Muncie, Indiana on Sunday, February 14, 2021. She was born to the late Chris and Elizabeth (Clevenger) Fannin in Morehead, Kentucky on April 15, 1926.

Ruth graduated from high school and went on to marry the love of her life, Richard Richmond, Sr. She loved her husband and children deeply. She cherished her sister, Dorothy and all of her family and friends. She attended True Light Baptist Church. She enjoyed bowling, golf, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchild. She enjoyed music, church, her euchre club, and life in general.

Ruth is survived by her husband, Richard Richmond, Sr. of Muncie, Indiana; son, Richard Richmond, Jr. (Paula Crepps) of Bardstown, Kentucky; sister, Dorothy Hart; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Chris and Elizabeth (Clevenger) Fannin; daughter, Judy; brothers, Wayne and Ralph; and sister, Marjorie.

Visitation and Memorial Services will be held at True Light Baptist Church, 805 North Country Club Road, Muncie at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Garden View Funeral Home and Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie.
