Sally Jo Wolverton of Albany, Indiana passed away at the age 82 at Albany Health and Rehabilitation Center the morning of Friday, December 17, 2021. She was born in Muncie, Indiana on November 4, 1939 to the late Samuel L. and Sarah C. (Frazee) Dehaven.

After graduation, Sally began her work in the healthcare industry as a medical assistant. She enjoyed flowers of any kind, working outside, embroidering, reading, and crafting.

Sally is survived by her daughter, Susanne McConell; sisters, Shireen Johnson (Tom) of Muncie and Sharon Chilcote (Mike) of Yorktown, Indiana; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel L. and Sarah C. (Frazee) Dehaven; son, Kyle P. McKinley; and daughter, Adrienne Cunningham.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM in Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie with funeral services immediately following at 1:00 PM, also in the Funeral Home, officiated by Chaplin Phil Rogers. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Heart to Heart Hospice.
