Sarann Mustard, 84 of Muncie, died Monday morning, March 5, 2018 at Westminster Village. She was born December 11, 1933 in Lapel and was the daughter of the late Elden & Ida (Hershberger) Newton.

Sarann retired from Dayton Walter after 25 years of service. She enjoyed crocheting, going out to eat, being a thrifty shopper, raising flowers, and betting on the gray horses.

Sarann is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Donald Dean Mustard of Muncie; her son Jon Ray Mustard (Kathy) of Muncie; three step-grandchildren Lacie, Lindsey, and Derek Williams; three step-great-grandchildren London McCullum, Mason Banks, and Monroe Williams; sister-in-law Sharon Newton of Muncie; brother Lee Newton of Cookeville, TN; several nieces and nephews, as well as a dear friend Marjorie Spalding of Anderson.
